Getting Started

It’s simple! Click here and sign up for class. You will enter our online reservation system and create an account. If you have any questions, contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

We require clients to cancel at least two (2) hours prior to class without penalty. Cancellations must be made online through our online booking solution. All late cancels and no-shows will be charged $10.00 for unlimited membership packages or deducted one (1) class from class packages.

When Do You Publish Your Class Schedule?

The studio schedule is released for booking every Monday at 9 am. You may book up to two weeks in advance. When you book your class, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in & set up. If you are cycling, please be on your bike ready to rock it 5 minutes prior to class time.

Do You Have Lockers and Showers?

We have full private showers, restrooms, & changing rooms for your convenience with full amenities including towels. Our lockers are “keyless” so no lock needed.

Do I Need Indoor Cycling Shoes?

Our bikes are equipped with triple link pedals for SPD and Classic look clips. We also have a cage options for your favorite gym sneakers if you do not have cycling shoes. We do not rent shoes.

What should I wear to class? What should I bring?

Please bring a bottle of water, a towel and a mat if you have one. Note that the studio provides towels, rents mats and sells water. Try to wear tight-fitting exercise clothing that allows you to sweat. Come with an open mind and be prepared to have fun.

How Often Should I Practice Yoga?

 A successful yoga practice requires consistency and commitment. To experience the true benefits of a Yoga practice, we recommend practicing three to five days per week. A practice of two to three days per week, if consistent, will create transformation over time. Develop consistency in your practice and you will see results.

Do You Rent Yoga Mats?

Yes, if you do not have a yoga mat or forgot to bring yours we have yoga mats for rent at the front desk.

What if I Am Not That Flexible?

 Flexibility is something Yoga gives you so you don’t have to be flexible to start a Yoga practice. One of the main benefits of doing Yoga is that it brings flexibility to the body. When you sit a lot during the work day, or when you’re engaging in repetitive motion activities, you’re shortening your muscles. Yoga allows you to lengthen and expand and release toxins that build up during these activities. Increased flexibility is not Yoga’s only benefit or objective. The ultimate benefit of yoga – to harmoniously unite body, mind and spirit in a healthful physical practice – can be experienced regardless of whether you’re able to easily touch your toes.


I arrived a few minutes late to class and the door was locked. Why is that?

We are so sorry. It’s our priority to honor and respect our student’s time. Therefore, we promptly begin and end class on time, and we lock the door in between classes out of respect to the students who are taking class. Please show up to class at least 5 – 15 minutes early so that we can provide a timely and enjoyable class for everyone.


Why is the Studio Heated?

Hot Yoga classes are practiced in a heated room to help stretch muscle fibers and tendons and help prevent injuries to these areas while stretching. The heat also helps increase circulation to tissues and organs, enhances the functioning of the immune system and providing great healing influence to the entire body.

The heat will make the classes more challenging. We encourage students to pace themselves and determine the intensity that works best for them. If you ever feel like you are overheating we suggest you relax and go into a child’s pose position.


I am new to Yoga. Anything I should know?

Yes. We have an encouraging environment where all levels and abilities can practice Yoga. Ask one of our Yoga instructors or front desk personnel for the best class to fit your needs.

What Are Some of the Benefits of Yoga?

Some of the significant benefits include stress reduction (if you allow it), increased blood circulation, improved flexibility, increased strength, improved sleep and relaxation.
