Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Roller CLUB
Roller Club (RC) Dues/Fees are non-refundable. In the event that the child is medically unable to participate in RC, a refund may be considered depending on the time left in the season. This refund would be in the form of a credit for the following year. If there is only a short time left in the season a refund would not be warranted as the cost of the season has already been incurred. We reserve the right to request a note from a doctor on letterhead indicating that the child is medically unable to participate. Refunds for Tournaments Fees will not be granted, unless the Tournament itself is canceled. Refunds for received finished goods, including pre-ordered uniforms, wheels, merchandise will not be granted. If they are included in the registration fee of a program, this amount would be deducted from any agreed upon refund. Refunds will not be granted due to any of the following: weather cancellations, unhappy with team assignments, requests not honored, or scheduling conflicts.

College Prospect Camp
College Prospect Camp (CPC) registrations are non-refundable. In the event that Peter is able to fill the spot with another participant, a refund in the original form of payment will be provided, less the cost of finished goods purchased for your participant and a $50 administration fee. In the event that the child is medically unable to participate in CPC, a note from a doctor on letterhead indicating that the child cannot participate is required. If Peter is able to fill the spot with another participant, a refund in the original form of payment will be provided, less the cost of finished goods purchased for the participant. In the event the spot cannot be filled, consideration will be given for a refund in the form of a credit to use the following year for the CPC. Requests for non-medical refunds will only be accepted 4 weeks prior to the start of CPC, unless there is a waiting list for the program. In the case of a waiting list, non-medical requests for refunds will be accepted up to 3 weeks prior to the start of CPC. Medical refunds requests
Girls Festival
Girls Festival registrations are non-refundable. In the event that Peter is able to fill the spot with another participant, a refund in the original form of payment will be provided, less the cost of finished goods purchased for your participant and a $50 administration fee. In the event that the child is medically unable to participate, a note from a doctor on letterhead indicating that the child cannot participate is required. Summer and Winter Ice and Farm Camp registrations are non-refundable, however if Peter is able to fill the spot with another participant, a full refund in the original form of payment will be provided, less the cost of finished goods included in the registration fee and a $25 administration fee.
